2.1 You may use the Services only for lawful purposes, such as tracking shipments you send or receive and contacting our support team.

2.2 You must not attempt to access shipment information, proof-of-delivery images or other data that does not belong to you, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.

Tracking events and estimated delivery dates are provided for information and may change. PickUpSent does not guarantee that tracking information is complete or real-time at every moment.

Proof-of-delivery images are shown only after successful recipient verification. You agree not to share, copy or misuse these images beyond confirming your own delivery.

All content, logos and materials on the Services are owned by or licensed to PickUpSent and may not be copied or reused without our written permission.

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your personal information.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickUpSent is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
